Need to update your menus with new menu items or add new Inventory items in your account?
You can do this by using our Data Import Templates to have your data bulk uploaded into your account.
Bulk Data Import Templates for the following areas are available for download
These will allow you to enter all your data on one spreadsheet for editing and review.
Follow the instructions on the first sheet and let us know if you need any guidance.
Once you have completed the template, email them back to our Client Care team at clientcare@totalpartyplanner.com.
Someone on our team will review the information and upload it to your account within 5 to 10 Business Days.
NOTE: There is not a way to upload recipes into TPP.
These must be created directly in TPP manually using the inventory items that you can upload.
Also, Uploading to the Misc category is not available.
