Customer Profiles: Tax Exempt & Pay Later

TPP Order – Customer Profiles, Tax Exempt & Pay Later Options(VIDEO)

Accessing Customer Profiles 

1. In the top toolbar, click TPP Order. 

1. Select Settings. 

1. On the left-hand menu, click Customer Profile. 

1. This opens a list of all clients who have registered for an online order profile. 

Setting Tax Exemption for a Client 

1. Locate the client’s profile in the Customer Profile list. 

1. If the client represents a tax-exempt organization, turn Tax Exemption on for their profile. 

1. Once enabled, tax exemption will automatically apply to all of that client’s future online orders. 

Enabling Pay-Later (Invoicing) for a Client 

1. Locate the client’s profile in the Customer Profile list. 

1. Turn on the Pay Later option for that client. 

1. With this enabled, the client will not be required to pay at checkout. 

1. Instead, they will be invoiced after delivery or pickup.
